Breen Sullivan focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation.
While in law school, she served as Student Attorney for the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic, served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the International Jessup Moot Court Appellate team. Ms. Sullivan completed the Tulane Law School’s International Law Summer Program in Rhodos, Greece in 2007 and became a certified Mediator through Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin’s International Mediation and Negotiation program in 2006.
Awards received while in law school include the Tulane Law School Pro Bono Award and the Oralist Award, International Jessup Moot Court competition.
