Eric Berardi focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions and special servicers in connection with distressed real estate loans (including the pursuit of foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure and receivership remedies), the representation of companies in the disposition of office, retail and multifamily housing properties and the representation of financial institutions in the creation and administration of credit facilities.
