Ashford Tucker focuses his practice on copyright and trademark matters, including issues arising in the online context.

After his first year of law school, Mr. Tucker worked as a judicial intern under the Honorable David Norton of the United States District Court, District of South Carolina. During law school, Mr. Tucker worked as an intern for Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Country Music Television, The Law Offices of Elizabeth Gregory, and he also worked with Vanderbilt University Law School’s Intellectual Property Legal Clinic. Mr. Tucker received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award, Professional Responsibility, while at Vanderbilt University Law School.
