Chad Hansen focuses his practice on litigation matters.  He represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in North Carolina and across the United States.

Mr. Hansen has experience litigating a wide array of legal issues, including business torts, health care insurance billing fraud and malfeasance, products liability, trade secrets, intellectual property, property use, insurance, ERISA and complex contracts. He specializes in federal court practice.

Mr. Hansen was recognized as a 2010, 2011 and 2012 North Carolina "Rising Star" for Business Litigation by SuperLawyers magazine and an Emerging Legal Leader by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly in 2011. He was also named a 2011 Triad "Mover & Shaker" by Business Leader magazine in 2011 and as one of Triad Business Journal's "40 Leaders Under Forty" in 2010.
