ATLANTA (September 3) – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that attorneys and staff across the firm -- Brad Roehrenbeck, Richard Sieg, Jay Sullivan, and Rob DiDomenico – have been appointed to prestigious community leadership positions.

• Attorney Brad Roehrenbeck of the firm’s Winston-Salem office has been appointed to serve a three year term on the Section Council for the Litigation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. The litigation section has more than 2,400 members and provides members with programs and services which allow them to analyze litigation issues from a neutral perspective.

• Attorney Richard Sieg of the firm’s Raleigh office was appointed to serve a three year term on the Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Board. The board was established for advising the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners and assisting the Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Department with topics related to environmental management.

• Attorney Jay Sullivan of the firm’s Atlanta office was elected to the Board of Trustees for Theatrical Outfit, the Atlanta-based professional theatre company. Mr. Sullivan was also selected to join the Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta's (ALMA) Class of Fall 2010. ALMA is an organization that encourages business and arts leaders to unite in order to take an active role in learning about the issues and challenges faced by local and state arts and cultural organizations.

Rob DiDomenico, a firm Business Development Manager, has been appointed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to a statewide blue ribbon task force to study the impacts of raising North Carolina’s compulsory public school attendance age.
