Represented the airport authority in its alternative dispute resolution process and then litigation with the general contractor for the multimillion dollar, two level roadways project around the operating terminals.  The contractor asserted a claim against the owner for inefficiencies it encountered due to re-sequencing of its work and delays to the project.  The matter was resolved without a trial.
